By downloading, installing, or using Masjid Nabwi Guide (the "app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
The app is provided by Townside Travels. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information, in short: we don't collect any.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in finding your way around Al-Masjid an-Nabawi.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app, or any content bundled with it, except as allowed by applicable law.
The app shows the location of gates, parking, restrooms, prayer halls, and other points of interest to help with wayfinding. We make a good-faith effort to keep this information accurate, but physical layouts, gate openings, and facility availability at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi can change without notice and are outside our control.
Always defer to on-site signage, mosque staff, and local authorities over the app when the two disagree.
Directions and distance estimates are provided as a convenience only. Use your own judgment, be mindful of your surroundings, and follow any instructions from mosque authorities or security personnel, especially during periods of high crowd density.
You agree not to use the app in any way that is unlawful, that attempts to disrupt or damage the app or its infrastructure, or that attempts to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer any content bundled with it.
The app's design, branding, and software are owned by Townside Travels and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of that material to you.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Townside Travels does not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Townside Travels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You may stop using the app at any time simply by deleting it. We may also discontinue the app or any of its features at our discretion.
